Unity to be showcased at Sheffield City Region Development Conference

We are delighted to be participating in the upcoming Sheffield City Region Development Conference, a full one day online event taking place next Friday 3rd July.

The event will involve a unique mix of major developers, investors and public sector authorities who’ll all bring something different to the stage before an audience-led Q&A.

Lee Weatherall will be representing Waystone Hargreaves Land LLP, the joint venture behind Unity, to deliver a talk which will take an in-depth look at the 618-acre mixed-use project in Doncaster.

To find out more about the developers behind Unity, the individual zones, the broader masterplan, the partners involved and the wider regeneration opportunities, book tickets on the Built Environment website here: https://bit.ly/3dAWLsC

Other speakers include: Sheffield City Region Combined Authority, Kennedys, Barnsley Council, Doncaster Sheffield Airport, Doncaster Council, Godwin Developments, Sheffield Hallam University, Harworth Group, Willmott Dixon, Capital & Centric, HBD and Forge New Homes.

Unity is set to deliver over 2 million sq.ft of employment space, 3,100 new homes, a new marina, school and transport hub. Over the next 20 years the development is expected to inject over £900m into the local economy and create up to 7,000 jobs.
