Project and Cost Management team appointed to Unity

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Sheffield-based Edgeps as the chosen Project and Cost Management partner for Unity.

The multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy, which also has offices in Birmingham, London and Nottingham, will be working with our experienced JV partners, Waystone and Hargreaves Land, on this major development project.

The firm will play a vital role in managing the delivery of the 250-heactare scheme by providing assistance to the JV with the awarding of construction contracts, project control and financial management of the projects.
